When I brought my phone in, the whole screen was black and you couldn't see anything. Sprint said for 300 dollars they would send me a refurbished one. I wanted my phone fix. Steve fixed it for cheaper and I got to keep MY phone.

Cracked my screen on my iPhone 4s. Instead of just giving a price, Stephan asked me how how it happened, asked me if I wanted to change the color for free while he was replacing it. Didn't feel like business, felt like a friend. Bought an otterbox case and he gave me a car sticker for my home button. Can't wait to tell my friends about you guys!
