Our 1951 home sits on a liquefaction zone, so a seismic retrofit was an imperative. Creation Builders Inc bid a fair price, did the work on schedule with no up charges (in fact did a little extra for which we weren't charged), pulled the permit and connected with the inspector, all as originally proposed.

Crew was very knowledgeable and pleasant they walk me through the process, they were very honest and professional explaining how long my project would take and what it entail, I am very happy with the outcome and it even took less than expected, clean up was excellent.

Everyone was very sociable and very nice to talk to. I told them that all the workmen deserved a raise. The crews were exceptionally clean and there was never a mess when they left for the night! My only regret was waiting as long as I did to do this!
