Owner is knowledgeable and has excellent tiles to choose from very nice, will continue to go there. However, the tile guy she recommended for our bathroom, John Sobeck, was the absolute worst. Completely disappointed with this recommendation. Put it this way, we made him rip up the floor b/c it literally had multiple valleys of .5 to 2 inch troughs and non equal lines, he said making it the floor level was extra! That pretty much says it all, I could have done a better job for a first timer. Hopefully no one uses that hack again.
