Dear Dayco
Our heat pump quit on Saturday night and the big storm began. The house was already 85 degrees, so I assumed the new "stop leak fix" I had agreed with Ken to try had failed. Worried about the effect of the heat on our older pets and us, I reluctantly called and left a message on Ken's cell phone.
I was grateful that a response soon arrived, which led to a series of calls with Ken, the after-hours number, and finally with Donovan. Donovan kindly agreed to come out but the storm hit hard and I wondered if I would get weekend help in the lightening and rain. To my surprise, the doorbell rang and there was Donovan, dripping wet, saying the storm had knocked out a capacitor and that he'd fixed the problem!
We were surprised and grateful! Actually, I can't speak highly enough of the competence and congeniality of the Dayco staff during these
past eight years. I truly enjoyed meeting Ken, and recognized his
influence and competence. As for Donovan, what can I...
