It is called the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). WIOA provides free training grants to help people get trained, certified, and placed in high-demand fields such as information technology, cyber-security, business analysis, and project management. You can use these grants for the certifications employers often require, such as Microsoft, Cisco, CISSP, CEH, Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, and more—at no cost to you.
