Pittsburgh Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is an outpatient facility offering medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder. Adults age 18 and older can receive MAT for an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids. Individuals who take part in MAT at Pittsburgh CTC receive a prescription for methadone, Suboxone, or buprenorphine. These medications help reduce the severity of withdrawal symptoms. MAT at Pittsburgh CTC also includes counseling in the form of individual and group sessions.
