I just want to thank DixieLand Development Corporation for selling their beautiful waterfront property at an affordable price. My wife and I always dreamt of buildinga cabin that we could vacation in when we get older, and this seemed like the perfect place! The view is absolutely stunning and it is incredibly relaxing. Whenever we want to get out of the jungle of the city, we come here with our family to get in touch with nature. We could not be happier with this piece of property and this company has been very helpful from the beginning. Each time we come to the waterfront, we learn something new about the place and about ourselves. Thank you so much!

As someone who has been a strong advocate of living off clean energy, this project by Dixieland Development Corporation has given me a vision of a community that can make use of its existing natural resources to provide clean energy and provide carbon neutrality. I understand that this is not what they are pushing for right now, but I have bought into the fact that I can make my property the way I want it to be. I have been able to get with other like-minded folks and are planning at least a small community that is targeting to use clean energy all throughout. This could very well be the start of something big.
