In 2015, D'Mont was one of the official photographers given a police escort to St.
Charles Seminary to photograph the Pope during his visit to Philadelphia.
In 2000, D'Mont won the Catholic press award for outstanding photojournalism and was sent to Rome to photograph the Canonization of Saint Katherine Drexel for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and received a letter of recommendation of work well done in Rome from the Cardinal of Philadelphia.
D'Mont has been a judge for the Miss Black America Pageant, as well as a host celebrity judge on Lynn Doyle's TV show on CN8 in 2006. Since then, D'Mont has photographed many artists, celebrities and dignitaries such as President Bush, President Obama, Kevin Hart, Sinbad, Johnny Cochran, Victoria Rowell, Israel Houghton, Martha Munizzi, Marvin Sapp, William McDowell, Mary Mary and many others.
