I won't go to anyone else for vision care. World Eyeglasses vision center is the best for inexpensive eye exam, contact lens exam, eyeglass frames, prescription eyeglasses. Found him on the intent searching reviews for an optometrist in Lauderdale by the sea and found some coupons for discounts too! Highly recommend Dr. Enker and staff and he made my contacts great.

Dr. Enker's staff and office are exceptional. They are very professional and knowledgeable about eye vision care, eyeglasses, contact lenses and help you find the perfect solution for you, they got me great contacts and I had a lot of problems before. Dr. Enker provide a vision test using the new computers, he's a great optician who really cares about the patient because I gave me tons of information about things that are good and bad for my eyes.

Dr. Enker was great about discussing my eye exam with me and all of my options for my eye vision even though its not very good. He made sure that I didn't have any questions and then turned me over to his wonderful staff to pick out my eye glass frames. I got a designer pair of sung lasses and regular eye glass frames. And I was able to take advantage of tgeir discount eye wear. If you are looking for a great optometrist in Oakland Park or anywhere in Fort Lauderdale, go to World Eyeglasses and Sandy and the others are great.

The exam was performed by Dr. Enker. And yes, his speech during the exam did seem scripted. But I'm not sure why some people have a problem with this. He was very professional and courteous and asked me several times whether I had any questions. I went there for an eye exam and quality glasses at great prices, not to discuss literature or commiserate about LeBron James or to get a recommendation for a good Zinfandel. How personalized is a routine eye exam supposed to be anyway?

My eyes are horrible really bad and I hate going to the eye doctor because my presription always gets worse but Dr. Enker explained that we did not have to make the presription worse or I felt like I wanted or needed it stronger and so since I was happy with vision test and decided to stay with my same prescription and Dr. Enker said no problem you are not going to hurt your eyes or vision so I was really happy to find a doctor that did not just kept making my glasses stronger

I will like to start by saying THANK YOU to Dr. Enker! I am 53 years old and have been trying to get the correct prescription for my contacts for over 6 YEARS! It wasn't until the visit at World Eyeglasses that I finally was fitted correctly. I have been to various eye doctors including all the major eyeglass stores and have not been satisfied with the results. Yes, at Dr. Enker's there is paper work to complete and there is a wait but all worth it. So they give you various sheets of information, which are very helpful and through these you can ask questions and receive some eye education. There was tons of information that I was not aware of nor did I receive at any of the local eyeglass stores. The exams were very thorough and even more so than any other places I've visited. In relation to the costs, in Boca Raton, I've started with the regular specials of $79.00 for 2 pair of glasses and wind-up at the end paying way over $300.00. So to everyone out there, relax!
