About us
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Arizona. I provide medication management, along with brief therapy services, via telehealth, to clients in the state of Arizona. I care for clients age 6 to adult.
My rates are $300 for an initial psych eval, and $100 for a follow-up visit. I do not accept insurance, but do accept Flex Spending and HSA cards.
