Dr. Rolfes started working at his Dad’s Dental Clinic halfway through his undergraduate degree in Business School, as a summer job and found that he really liked it. He had his first actual experience in Dentistry while working for his Dad and he learned so much since then, which made his transition from Dental School to Dentistry much more easier. Today, SMILES4OC in Costa Mesa, California has a good team with years of experience along with great Mentors, his Dad, Dr. Rolfes, Dr. Do and Dr. Dunne.
