We've been managing properties in Camarillo since 1967 under the same management and offer numerous residential, commercial, and industrial property management services including experienced rent collection, tenant screening using credit, criminal, rental, employment, debt, and payment history, assistance with problem tenant evictions, and provide frequent inspections to head off both tenant abuse and more expensive repairs.

There's no extra management fees for showing, advertising, repairing, remodeling, or emergencies. The maximum number of properties managed is limited to 50, and on average our vacancies filled within a month. Drosten Property Management Co. LLC has reliable skilled repairmen, gardeners, and materials sources that have been developed over the last 45 years, and will provide you with monthly and annual accounting and profit & loss statements, and issue yearly tax 1099's.
