My car was rear-ended and was sent to this shop for repair. After the repair, there's still an annoying squeaky sound at the back of the car which did not exist before the accident. The shop insisted that it was not accident-related and refused to repair it. This was totally unreasonable! Come on, my car was hit from behind!!! Very disappointed... And the guy in the front desk acted like I was trying to cheat money out of the insurance company...
