Opened 25 years ago, El Cerro Grande is proud to be the first authentic Mexican restaurant in town! This traditional Mexican restaurant began as an idea to provide authentic, quality Mexican food with exceptional and friendly service, and the door of their first restaurant was opened in Wilmington, NC in January 1991. It has since grown to include three locations in Wilmington. So come on in and keep the tradition going with their aperitivos (appetizers), nachos, sopas y ensaladas (soups & salads), fajitas, tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, burritos, especialidades de la casa (house specialties), vegetarian dishes and much more. They have been serving every day—for more than two decades—delicious dishes for everyone!
