I believe the answers are within an individual, couple or family, and my job is to ask questions that will help people hear those answers. Individuals are the experts of themselves and parents are the experts of their families. Therapy is a journey of discovery and healing. People have an amazing ability to heal, learn and grow. I believed that when I began doing therapy 27 years ago and I have that same strong belief today.
