Founded in 2005, Empire Property Management, LLC has been providing property owners in Lane County with a range of services from finding the right tenant to lawn maintenance and property repairs. We realize that some clients just want a little help filling their units with responsible qualified tenants and still remain the full time property manager, while others prefer a hands off approach, wanting a property manager to handle everything. Whatever our clients' preference, we will customize our services to fit their needs. As our company has grown, we have remained committed to serving both our owners and tenants.
