Crystal, the owner, made sure I was treated like a princess for this self-presented birthday present. I LOVE the tattoo JJ completed for me. The detail is superb and his patience was incredible for placement, coloring and completing. The shop is very clean and everyone is friendly and fun. Great place!

I received a text from Endless Ink for a free massage. When I called to get details, I was told that I only had to cover gratuity. I arrived on a Monday for my massage and the massage therapist could not get out of her neighborhood due to snow. I had a massage at 11 and they tell me at 1115 that she is still stuck in Highlands Ranch. Really?? I was then rescheduled for the next Friday. When my massage was done, they wanted to charge me a $25 fee and a $10 shop fee. I spoke to the manager and he apologized that his staff didn't properly explain the text to me because the extraneous letters at the end stood for all the fees I was responsible for. Needless to say, my free massage was not free like they claim. Very poor business practices.
