Dr. Freda Cobbinah, D.O., M.P.H., has served patients in the San Antonio community since 2014 and is proud to call this city home. She is Double Board Certified in Family Medicine & Obesity Medicine and built a successful practice as part of a prominent medical group in San Antonio.

She went on to establish Essential Med Clinic and Essential Med Aesthetics based on her ideals and interests and kept adding multiple trainings in aesthetic procedures.

This combined expertise in family medicine, medically assisted weight loss, and medical aesthetic skills adds to her passion for preventative care. The whole-person and often whole-family approach is the cornerstone of Dr. Cobbinah's practice.
