I don't know how these guys manage to stay in business. They schedule work dates, then don't show. On follow up, they reschedule then don't show. My story: I initially made arrangements with them to do a fall leaf pick up last spring. I reconnected with them in October to confirm interest. At that time we agreed the pick up would happen around Thanksgiving. I called just before Thanksgiving to confirm. We set a date for the Wednesday following the holiday. No show, no call. Rescheduled for that Saturday. No show, no call. Contacted them the following week. Was told they were busy but would be coming. No show, no call. Last contact was in mid-December. At that time, I was told they had converted to plow. No pick up. Leaves still here, despite repeated assurances and advance scheduling.
