This place is amazing. Great furniture and superb customer service. I had a great experience from start to finish. Managers were highly knowledgeable and provided useful information to help us decide on what style to get without being pushy. They were also very responsive and honest about keeping me updated on my order. Delivery went smoothly and man who delivered the coffee table took time to install and explain how to take care of it. Really impressed with everyone I interacted with Fancy Glass and Mirrors.

I have been a customer of Fancy Glass and Mirrors for over 10 months now. I could not be happier or more satified with their expert customer service before, during and after installation. I have used their services for custom designed and measured glass commercial cases for my clients - coffee shops, restaurants, stores and private museums. Last week they installed a wide, triple-length commercial display in the bakery in the Jersey City downtown. Tree weeks ago they mounted wall-wide shelves for the private residence's bar. Two months ago they did 11 custom commercial displays. Those was just a few examles. Manufacturing and the installation team are always professional and considerate while taking great care to complete the job as I specified. It is also a tremendous bonus to receive such loyal follow-up service when the case they made for me 10 months ago needed to be moved and re-installed. The team follows through impeccably. I highly recommend Fancy Glass and Mirrors for all your glass and mirror needs.

Managers provided amazing customer service. Specialist they sent showed up on right on time for the initial appointment and explained everything we needed to know about furniture. Fixed the installation appointment right then and showed up on time on the day of installation. Not only did he do a great job, he cleaned up the job site before he left. I plan to call back Fancy Glass and Mirrors for another set of furniture.

I'm so pleased with my experience with Fancy Glass and Mirrors. I was very satisfied. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon again for my another table. In addition, they have the friendliest, nicest team. They couldn't be more accommodating. I highly, highly recommend these guys.
