We remove spots other companies can’t. Our continuing education is important to maintain the quality of services that we offer. When working with carpets, we first identify the fiber type and test it for color-fastness and 'cleanability.' Spot removal may look easy, but it requires a knowledge of chemistry and carpet construction. Customer Service Is Our Mission At Fibercare customer service is everything. We take the time to do the job right. We cater to our customers and their needs, including on-call water restoration and other carpet emergencies. Other services: Besides Carpet Cleaning, our technicians are also certified in: Upholstery, Grout, Leather, and Rug Cleaning. Other services offered are Carpet and Rug Repair, Leather repair, Water Damage Restoration, Pet Odor and Stain Removal, and In-Shop detailing of cars, boats, trucks, and SUV's. We do not clean blinds or wood floors. John & Martha Schremser purchased Fibercare in 1994. We are an IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, & Restoration Certification) certified firm which means that all technicians are required to take classes throughout the year and pass required tests. John Schremser is an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner and an International Certification Registry (ICR) Certified Carpet Inspector. Fibercare is not only a 'family-owned and operated' business, but we are a local operation, servicing all of metro Grand Rapids, West Michigan area, Lakeshore, and Holland/Zeeland.
