Our water heater stopped working last midnight and didn't have hot water. I called many other companies, but no one came. At eight months pregnant that wasn't acceptable to me. Today, approx. 6 months later, we had our 1st scheduled maintenance check (included for 3 years with our purchase) and Fischer Restoration was service tech. He was also very professional answering all of my questions about resetting the new thermostat for our winter temps and reminding us to turn on the humidifier for winter.

I called Fischer Restoration yesterday to check the furnace. As he began to do the furnace check he discovered two serious issues. He let me know immediately, and then showed me so what the issues were. I believe he gave me an honest professional opinion that my furnace needs to be replaced. Thanks a lot for being honest.
