We're Fit Hub Nutrition, a premier health and nutrition club located in Tipton, IA. Our menu includes protein shakes, herbal teas, protein coffee, kid shakes, post-workout drinks, and more. Our mission is to provide nutritious and delicious meals that will give Cedar County customers the fuel they need to succeed in their health and fitness journey. We believe in building positive & strong relationships while getting to provide healthy options for everyone who wants and or needs to improve their lifestyles. Lisa has been a registered nurse, taking care of chronic & acute illnesses in patients for over 20 years. It became clear that prevention and lifestyles are the KEY to living life to the fullest!
