With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Tom Frey brings his extensive knowledge of new construction and structural engineering to Home Inspections. Not only does he know how buildings are engineered from the ground up, he knows building systems inside and out with the “how and why” certain structures are built. Tom understands the dynamics of normal wear and tear versus structural damage and can evaluate the level of severity instead of merely marking something as damaged on the list.
