At Florida Surgery Consultants we are a non-physician owned surgeon practice. The name may be confusing for many patients because we do not only treat patients that need to have spine or orthopedic surgery, but also patients who have suffered from Traumatic Brain Injuries. We have Neurosurgeons and Orthopedic surgeons on staff at all 7 of our clinics around Florida. Our primary focus is treating patients who suffer from back or neck pain, but we also have orthopedics where we treat patients who suffer from knee and shoulder issues. The surgeons at Florida Surgery Consultants are always up to date with the latest procedures. All of our spine procedures as well as some of our orthopedic procedures are minimally invasive surgeries. Many patients come to us thinking they are going to need surgery. The goal of our doctors is to be able to keep our patients’ from having to go through surgery. Our Neurosurgeons who specialize in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery also perform injections which help inflammation and may be a preventative treatment option instead of surgical procedures.
