About us
At Flourish Pre and Perinatal Wellness we focus on supporting moms, babies and families through conception, pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. We also help adults with birth and early trauma release these patterns. The gentle and powerful techniques we use are trauma-informed bodywork, yoga therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment work, Safe and Sound Protocol, and Baby Therapy.
