History
Established in 1993.

FoodJets was launched by Darren McAdams as a college student. Originally called Food to you, the company grew to service 100+ cities in 6 states with over 3,000 restaurant partners. In 2018 FoodJets began selling franchises of their business model, allowing entrepreneurs to run food delivery companies in cities across the country utilizing FoodJets proprietary, top-tier technology.

Business Owner

Darren McAdams is a Sacramento native and played baseball at Sac City College and Sacramento State University. He dropped out of college in 1993 to start his first company Food To You out of a garage in Citrus Heights, CA. They started by offering delivery from about 12 restaurants. Food To You now operates in 13 markets in 6 states with 1,500 restaurant partners.

In 2015, Darren began the FoodJets service which promises to deliver food in 10 minutes. The service is currently available in a limited delivery zone. Customers order through an app that's available for iPhone and Android devices.
