It was a great experience on my first day @ French Riviera Spa. I signed up for membership because i found the facility good and clean and most of all.. i was impressed with their complete equipments. They also have water aerobics program which is kind of different for me in a gym. One thing also, is the physical evaluation I got from one of their professional trainers that provides me the right exercise I needed. It was really impressive.
