It is really dynamic as what their staff and trainers says for the group exercises we have. I never imagine that I will be involved in their group work out.. I signed up for membership and based on the evaluation from their professional trainer, I needed to attend the group work out. I would like to thank French Riviera Spa for their dynamic program. I really liked it and I gain a lot of friends.
