French Riviera Spa in Midtown, Memphis is very nice for putting up Kid Kare center where you can have the kids tag along with any time you need to go to the gym. they thought of every parent's worry about leaving kids in others care while they burn fats in the gym. they know parents cant concentrate more doing their fitness routine while knowing that their precious ones are safe in the Kid Kare center where staffs are kind and well-trained as well.

My wife is now enjoying her zumba class at French Riviera spa moreso because she doesn't need to hire a babysitter to watch over our kids while she work-out. she can now bring our two kids with her because there is a place for them to have fun while waiting for their mom. Thnk you French Riviera Spa for puttin up Kid Kare center where our kids are safe and are having fun while waiting.

I do not have to deal anymore with a guilty conscience because i left my kids at home and my longing to attend gym on a regular basis. French Riviera Spa made the decision for me by putting up Kids Kare center. i can continue to attend regularly the fitness program which a certified trainer at the gym recommended for my use and bring the kids with m. I do not worry that they will whine and get bored while waiting because staffs at kid kare center knows how to give your child the best time while waiting.

I would say people in Memphis are very lucky to have French Riviera Spa because we have this fitness center which gives a lot of benefits to its members. Their facility first and for most is huge with complete equipments ready for members. Area is always clean and staff including trainers are friendly. They just do not let a member create their own fitness plan. They conduct free physical evaluation and give you instruction or suggestions that will fit you for working out. They are really concern not just to earn but to help their members reach their goals. Riviera deserves 5 stars for this review.

French Riviera Spa offers diverse exercise styles that will interest just about everyone. they have individual and group classes. try the zumba and dance your fats away while having fun! if you want to calm the inner you but working out at the same time, they have a certified yoga instructor that will guide you. for those who want to really flush those unwanted excesses pounds in a more vigorous way, sign up in their kickboxing, hip hop, cardio and other classes.
