The garage door installation was done professionally. The tech changed the springs and rollers on my garage door. It is so quiet now going up and down. What a shock to get ready to go to work and find that our garage door was broken. We could not get out, springs had sprung. We called Garage Door Specialist they got there within two hours. First the technician helped us open the door so one of us could go to work. He told us what needed to be done and did it! No fuss, no muss very polite. Can recommend to all our neighbors.

I had no idea that something was wrong with my garage door untill I found a racoon in the garage one morning. When I called Garage Door Specialist we set up an appointment for later that same day. It turned out that the door did not close all the way and there was a gap about 5 inches from the ground. They explained that it was due to a problem with the closing mechanism. The mechanic repaired it and suggested we check the door once in a while to prevent racoons going into the garage again.
