At my law office we rely on there being minimal downtime. So if even one of the computers is down – or even slow – it impacts us severely. Yesterday, without warning, our entire network of 12 computers lost internet connection. None of the usual stuff we do could get it back. After frantically dusting off the phone book and searching through it we found a PC service company who could sent a geek to us that same morning without a rush charge.
