Genesis Carpet Cleaning

Not even worthy of a single star. I called Genesis because of the reviews on the website, which I later learned were fraudulant. They came out to clean our carpet yesterday. The tech suggested a hydrogen peroxide agent to brighten our carpet since it's a lighter color. He also mentioned he'd have to get it off quickly so as not to create a bleach spot. Last night as it started to dry, I noticed discoloration in two of the downstairs rooms. By this morning it was MUCH worse! I called them back and asked for the owner to come out and take a look. First he sent the tech from yesterday, who was very nasty. Then the owner came (about an hour late) and was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He gave a number of reasons for the discoloration - from shadows in the room, normal wear and tear, old carpet (it's two years old), to cheap carpet (it's a nice Berber). He denied that his technician used any hydrogen peroxide, although that is what both my husband and I were told. He refused to accept any responsibility. So we started with beautiful carpet with minor everyday dirt and ended up with ruined carpet. This man raised his voice and yelled at us in our home, insulted us, and slammed our door on the way out. Worst customer service and carpet cleaning EVER - now I'm out $2000 to replace carpet. To top it off, THEY WROTE A FAKE REVIEW FROM ME ON THEIR WEBSITE STATING I THOUGHT THEY WERE THE BEST THING EVER!
