Sorry, but this is a disaster. They really take advantage of the fact that they are the only copy shop in proximity of Tufts. You pay $3 just to have them open a file from a flash memory. For these three bugs however, you also get some bugs on your memory stick; at least that is what happened to me (my anti virus found a trojan horse once I re-entered it into my laptop).
They also confirmed twice that they would certainly NOT print on the back of the cover page of my thesis. BUT...picking it up...you could see the text printed on the back of the thin paper of the cover page. The whole thing was too expensive and it was definitely not a friendly experience. Not recommended!
