As a competitive triathlete and black belt martial artist in Tae Kwon Do for over 10 years, a sharp pain suddenly sidelined me in my right hip. The pain was so severe; I was physically unable to do the exercises I so much enjoyed. In fact, I could barely walk. For over 4 years, I sought help through an acupuncturist, a deep tissue masseuse, yoga, and a friend that was a chiropractor. Nothing helped. I had accepted that I would never run or do martial arts again, and that I would most likely live with pain.

Thank god for Grexa Chiropractic. After my first session of sports therapy / chiropractic therapy, my shoulder neck and arm where beginning to feel better and the pain was subsiding. But after 3 sessions of sports therapy / chiropractic therapy at Grexa Chiropractic. I was able to re-commence my training back in the gym after the unexpected 3 month break, and within 3 weeks was back to full fitness. The Chiropractics overall and especially Grexa Chiropractic`s service has even found and resolved old injuries from many years ago in both my rotor cuffs.
