The company I had out is listed at a different address, but it's the same phone number, so here it goes... If I could give 0 stars, I would. The cleaning was ultimately good – after having to get them to come out a second time to take care of things they did not do and others that they did poorly. BUT, they broke two sculptures that I brought back from West Africa, attempted to cover it up, and then refused to take any responsibility for it.

I called many times over the course of 2 months and never got a call back. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Helping Hands completely blew them off, too.

Bottom line: don’t trust them. Not only did they try to hide what they’d done, they consistently refused to take any responsibility for it by being entirely unresponsive. A disaster!
