Friendly, Polite Field Service Technicians at Holt Cat in San Antonio
I recently needed repairs on the brake and axle on my Cat 12H motor grader and the technician that came out was super nice. He was so polite and friendly and he went the extra mile to help me on pricing. The tech had the computer and means necessary to get the job done and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have faith that when I call in the future, the service guy will help me figure out any issues, since he did such a great job on this service call.

My Cat C12 Truck Engine needed new repairs and Kevin, the shop service technician at the Holt Cat San Antonio Truck shop did a good job. Kevin is very knowledgeable with Caterpillar truck engines and he explained the problem and kept me well informed of the status of repairs.
