I have bought and sold at least a dozen homes through Deb & Jerry Harr and each time it was a great experience. Only once when I lived in Mt Vernon did I use a different realtor and even though he was one of the top producers in that area he still did not give the level of service and professionalism I've had with Homes That Click.

Deb Harr is not one of the best real estate agents I know. Deb Harr is one of the best PROFESSIONALS OF ANY OCCUPATION I know.

I do not have the ability to express in words how valuable and important she was in our home selling purchase. Deb and Jerry came into our home with a plan and realistic advise that we used to get our home ready for sale. When they returned a few weeks later for a final visit prior to listing our home they saw potential we didn't and suggested a price we didn't think was possible. How surprised we were when we got an offer 2 days later over list.

From there Deb was always available to answer the million questions we did ask and the many many more we didn't think to ask. I called and texted and emailed at various times of the day and always got a response. She explained everything to us thoroughly and was patient when she didn't have to be.

And then came the buyer/buyer's agent from hell. As i would tell people what they were doing and requesting people wouldn't believe me. They were some of the most difficult people i have ever had to deal with in my life; and i worked with state governments for 9 years! While i was chewing off my fingernails worrying about the deal, Deb stayed calm and assured us she had it all taken care of. And she was right. I don't know how she remained calm and focused and got it done, but she did.

She went so above and beyond at our closing she had to risk her OWN commission to appease these unreasonable people. Oh yeah, i forgot to mention the commission. She can list at much LOWER than man of the competing agents but gives you MORE service. I am not exaggerating when i say we got 3 times the service from Deb at 1/3rd the price than we did from our previous agent.

I will be telling every person i know who is looking to make a real estate purchase to call Deb and Jerry and get amazing service at an excellent price!!!

Deb & Jerry did a fantastic job selling my home. Their unique company offering the seller lower closing costs allowed me to sell a home that I only owned for 7 months. Without them it would not have been possible. They are knowledgeable about the business and professional. They came to my home with a nice spiral bound book for me with my home of the front, complete with neighborhood comps and information on pending sales. I've purchased a home before and I never received something so nice and in color. If this is your first time buying/selling you need to know that you need a team that will respond to your calls/emails promptly. Deb was always prompt. My home sold in two days and it was a complete seamless process with no stress on my part. I would recommend that anyone selling a home use this team to receive great full service for a lower cost. You can't beat that! I can't thank them enough.

This duo knows the business inside and out. From the start, they come to the initial meeting prepared to provide me with a noteworthy and expedient home-selling experience. Their marketing tactics are the best! Literally, I had more showings than anyone else that I knew selling their home at the time. Before I knew it, I was in contract and I could trust that they were advocating for me throughout the process.
