Hungry Howie's Pizza in Pace, the Manager on duty..a young arrogant man not only was the one who took my order incorrectly by delivering REGULAR Pepsi when my receipt CLEARLY SHOWS DIET Pepsi...argued with me, literally laughing at me in front of customers about the mix up. I find no humor in my sugar spiking so high from drinking a sugar filled drink and feeling so sleepy that I was unable to do anything for 2 days. Now, I tried to reorder today (a month later) and POLITELY REMINDED him to please be sure to send Diet vs Regular..and what do I get, ANOTHER arrogant attitude arguing with me and after I ordered, I felt so uncomfortable that I called back and cancelled...clearly unaffected, and making sure that his attitude stood strong...said that's fine, and HUNG UP ON ME! I have been in the Food & Beverage Management recruiting business for many, many years..and this was seriously the WORST treatment that I have EVER encountered by anyone in a management position!
