I Love Kickboxing - Bayside in Bayside, Queens is the best place to get a fast effective workout. The staff is pleasant along with the many other patrons that attend. They keep their facility clean at all times and the instructors are great at pushing you forward on your fitness journey. It is located right in an are with plenty of parking and is very easy to get to. They run many classes throughout the day so you don't have any excuse not to make it. The workout is intense but you will see results in record time. There's never a boring moment. Come down and see what it's all about , I've yet to bring someone along who hasn't joined themselves. It's that good of a program!
