Ian uses an integrative approach in therapy which includes person-centered, motivational interviewing, strength-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. Ian believes in a non-judgmental, safe, and collaborative therapeutic environment. He sees deep value in every person and seeks to walk with clients on their journey towards reaching their goals. Ian also offers counseling from a biblical perspective for those who wish to incorporate it into sessions.
