I’m not usually one for group activities or classes so I wasn’t sure this was for me, but after just one class I was hooked, and it just keeps getting better. The instructors are supportive and funny, while still pushing you to do more, more MORE. What an incredible workout – I leave every class exhausted, but exhilarated and looking forward to the next one. I wish I could go every day!

I started off going to iLoveKickboxing.com-North Branford by purchasing a groupon. From the time I stepped foot on the mat, I knew this was the place for me. I finally found the place to help me shred fat and gain muscle weight. I've lost 25lbs since I joined. The workout is awesome, you meet great people, and you can work at your own pace. There's no competition. Whether you're trying to learn the correct technique or lose weight, this is definitely the place to be. There are many different workouts besides kickboxing. From relaxing at yoga to kettle bells, they have it all. The staff here are awesome as well!

I joined on a great groupon deal and 11 months later I am still going strong! Nothing else has helped me lose weight like kickboxing. Its fun, its challenging, and the staff are very supportive and encouraging!
