Irving Steel was a no-nonsense, straight-up honest guy from the start. Before him, I had another agent, but she was quite pushy. For example, she wanted me to purchase a house when she wanted me to purchase it. Irving isn't like that. He genuinely cared about his customers and became more of a friend than a business associate. He doesn't bother you; he asks what you're searching for and then provides it.
