I would like to compliment the employees of Thermal Windows. I am pleased with your product, but more than that I am very impressed with the way every step of this transaction was handled. I had several occasions to talk to receptionists and always my question were answered with courtesy and consideration. In addition to that, how nice to actually have a person and not a recoding answering the phone.
