J P Finley & Company Realtors - RE/MAX Choice in Bloomington is not a business that I will ever recommend to anyone or do business with again. There was a lack of communication on their part numerous times. Inspectors would show up unannounced when jp's office was supposed to have notified us. There was a total disregard for the fact that we had children, one very small, and we were still living in the home. Additionally, jp was the buyers agent and they came to closing wanting us to pay the buyer 750.00 for damages to drywall and to paint a room. The damages amounted to a drywall anchor that was repaired and painted ( you could only see where it was due to the paint still being wet on the patch during the final walkthrough) and touch up paint in a room. We are extremely dissatisfied and will never refer anyone to them. Wishing now that we had gone with ANY OTHER realtor.
