Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in Janaf, Norfolk has been contacted to assist me with problems when they did my 2009, 10 returns and despite calls to the office to speak to franchise owner troy and Patti Roberson they have not returned reasonable requests to assist with the mistakes their preparer made. I think as a military family we need to know our returns are reliably prepared and if not we understand just help us work through the solution. Avoidance and failure to return calls is cowardice. This is not how you treat anyone and not a family that proudly serves its country. What a shame, just want to be assisted to rectify the errors you made in our return.
