We have always been a full service asphalt paving company, but with asphalt prices jumping 50% in the last few years we begin to look for the most cost effective method available for repairing the majority of asphalt defects. Infrared pavement restoration has proven to be the most cost effective and permanent method of repair. With infrared heat technology we can renew your damaged asphalt driveway, parking lot or road and save you money over traditional methods. Using infrared heat technology we can repair your pavement at an affordable cost by recycling the existing asphalt. Rejuvenators are then added to the old asphalt to introduce new oils to the process providing a long lasting repair. New asphalt is added to the repair as needed. Even severely aged asphalt will soften when heated to (about 290 deg. F) which is the flow point of the asphalt cement. A list of just some of the repairs we do are potholes, utility cuts, trip hazards, alligator cracks, bird baths, high spots, pavement seams, manhole covers or failed repairs. We also repair settled areas in front of garages, sidewalks and steps.
