About us
Jen Christie, MCLC, founded the Reveal, Release & Reset life coaching method. She helps individuals Reveal new goals, Release old limitations, and Reset their intentions. She is a Master Certified Life Coach, Integrative Wellness Life Coach, Positive Psychology Coach, Spiritual Coach, and a Relationship Coach.
She also owns Jen Christie Coaching, a company that helps individuals find clarity and take agency in achieving their goals.
Jen Christie worked in the Wellness industry for twenty-eight years before becoming a life coach. During that time, she realized her inherent ability to connect with individuals on a deeper level with ease and trust. Utilizing her intuition, knowledge, and life experience gives her a unique perspective from which to work.
Jen combines guided meditation, journaling, intuitive coaching, and her healing journey to empower others to achieve profound personal and professional growth.
