With an extensive background in Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapy, I zero in on clients' thought processes quickly and accurately to achieve long lasting cognitive, emotional and behavioral changes. With more than 20 years of experience treating a diverse group of people, I am continually rewarded when my clients truly get better-not just feel better. I specialize in clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, anger/stress management, disordered eating/body image disturbance, bipolar disorder, grief/loss, and substance use/abuse.
