I received my Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts of Psychology from Kean University in 2014. I went on to Monmouth University for graduate school and graduated with my Master’s Degree in the Science of Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2017. I am a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the international honor society for counselors, and Psi Chi, the international honor society in psychology. I believe in a humanistic approach to treatment and utilize integrated treatment modalities including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, psycho-educational approaches, motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based modalities.

Taking the step to see a therapist is an impactful decision, and I believe if you are willing to reach out for help, it is my duty to reciprocate and give my undivided attention to assisting you with your needs. I will provide you with a safe, judgment free space to discuss your hopes, dreams, and goals, as well as be there to help you through any hardships or curveballs life will throw you. The relationship between a counselor and a client is one of trust, diligence, and understanding, and I look forward to entering into this helping relationship with you!

In my spare time, I enjoy reading a good book with a nice cup of coffee, journaling, spending time with my loved ones and pets, and exploring the world.
